Founded in 2020, by a mother-daughter duo, In The English Style sets out to celebrate all that makes the English House style so much admired around the world. 

During the global pandemic and stuck at home, we missed visiting our favourite historic houses, castles, museums and galleries so had an idea. Looking through our old photos, we started posting memories of earlier visits as well as pictures of our home in Suffolk. We wanted to share the places and things we love about English buildings, interiors, history, art, folklore and more

Five years on, we have over 40,000 followers on Instagram and a growing reputation for creating stylish and engaging content. This includes working on posts for Castle Howard (Christmas Decorations), Hatfield House (Return of the Rainbow Portrait), Holkham Hall (The Attic Sale), Raby Castle (Spring 2025 Opening) and Harewood (A Country House Encounter). We have also worked with the Royal Academy, Tate Britain and Harley Gallery.
